Farahnaz Samari

Farah Samari – Abstract Impressionist Artist Farah Samari is a North Vancouver–based Abstract Impressionist artist known for her expressive cityscapes and seascapes inspired by Vancouver. Her work blends contemporary abstract techniques with traditional influences, creating textured, emotional compositions. A two-time Battle of the Brush winner, Farah has participated in over 300 group and solo exhibitions across Canada, and her paintings have been showcased for five years at the Vancouver Fine Art Gallery. She is also active in live painting events and charity auctions, with her artwork collected internationally. Originally moving to Canada 17 years augo, Farah studied Advanced Painting at Emily Carr University and has taught countless students throughout her career. She is the founder of her own Art & Education Academy in North Vancouver, offering a wide range of creative classes.

Sara Mahjorinia

Sara Mahjorinia is an Iranian contemporary painter, born in Tehran in November 1980, who immigrated to Canada in 2010, Her painting style blends Realism and Impressionism. With over 20 years of professional teaching experience, “Sara has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in both Iran and Canada, and her artworks have consistently been well-received by audiences.” Sara founded the DaVinci Code Art Academy in 2024, dedicated to providing structured training in various art forms. The academy offers specialized programs in painting, sketching , pottery, animation, for children and adults, Its mission is to nurture technical skills, creativity, and artistic expression, connect students with a vibrant art community, and prepare them for future careers in the arts.
