Sara Mahjouri, born in 1980 in Tehran, developed a passion for drawing early on. She earned a degree in graphic design from Tehran University and became an art instructor in 2003, working with renowned artist Rahim Navasi for five years. Sara then established her own painting studio, teaching ever since. Specializing in oil painting, her work combines realism and impressionism. Her art has been featured in group shows in Iran and at Howe Street Gallery in Vancouver from 2013-2015.

Inspired by masters and mentored by Dan Gerhartz, Masoud developed a unique style, excelling in portraits and natural, timeless scenes.
